Call before mailing funds, sending property, or traveling. Ask where the person is held and get the booking number first. Then obtain mail, phone, deposit, or visit rules from that facility. Bullock Correctional Facility procedures should never be used for a county detainee unless the sheriff confirms a transfer into ADOC custody.

If another office made the arrest, the sheriff may have the custody entry while the originating agency keeps the incident narrative.
